How does the TOGGO platform work for personal shoppers?

TOGGO is a virtual platform that connects shopping assistants with clients. Personal shoppers act as the eyes and hands of the buyers, with their main role being to advise them throughout the entire shopping process. Finally, personalized assistants are responsible for delivering the packages to TOGGO's collection center for shipping to their destination.

How long does it take to activate my account?

When you register with TOGGO, user confirmations and security checks are carried out. Subsequently, you will receive an email to confirm your email and enable your account.

To validate the profile as a purchasing assistant, you must:

  • Complying with legal, administrative, and documentation requirements.
  • After completing the account registration process, it will be validated by our TOGGO team and ready to perform actions as a shopping assistant.
  • Validation duration may take 1 to 3 days.
How did you interact with users?

The interactive chat in the TOGGO app will be the only official communication channel between users and personal shoppers. Photos and videos of the products of interest will be sent to users, and all questions will be answered there.

What are the geographic scope of coverage that TOGGO has?

United States and Colombia, initially.

If the user does not want to purchase any product, will the time be paid for assisting in the purchase?

Yes, you will receive a minimum payment of $10, regardless of whether the user makes the purchase or not.

How and when to comment on the user?

The user will be rated once the personalized shopping assistance is completed. The evaluation criteria are as follows:

User rating evaluation level friendliness and compliance.

Once the product has been purchased, where should I deliver the order?

How do I withdraw the money or receive the commission for shopping assistance?

In accordance with the fee payment policy, funds will be disbursed directly into the personal shopper's bank account once every fifteen days.

If I receive payment for assisting in the sale of a product, how long is the waiting period to receive my fees?

Every fifteen days, fees will be disbursed in accordance with the sales commission percentage.

How to resolve a problem with a sale, collection or shipment?

In case there are issues with a sale, payment, or shipment, please write a message with your request, inquiry, or complaint to the TOGGO Help Center and Experience.
