Personal information (name, contact phone numbers, email, and other contact details) shared with users may include ads provided by personal shoppers.

TOGGO LAC LLC shares information about ads and product promotions with users to exchange content and valuable information for the purchasing process.

TOGGO LAC LLC provides shopping assistants and users with information about the performance of their advertisements and product promotions to enable interaction and exchange of useful content and information for the purchasing process.

PRICES: The prices of products and items are subject to the values set and advertised by the brands, stores, and sellers listed on our platform. TOGGO LAC does not control or interfere with prices. All prices displayed on our platform are denominated in US dollars. The user transfers all currency conversion rights to their bank and our payment gateways to set the price in the local currency where the user resides

Prices automatically include the sales tax charge in the place of sale origin, as well as import duties and VAT charges at the destination of the items.

For example, in the United States, the sales tax can range from 6% to 10% depending on the state, while in Colombia, the applicable national VAT is 19% on the product value. The user is also entirely responsible for paying import duties and VAT according to the customs rules of the destination country. For instance, in Colombia, products imported under the minimis regime with a value less than USD 200 are not subject to VAT or import duties. In contrast, the de minimis limit in the United States is USD 800.

Finally, the purchasing user is responsible for paying the prices set on THE PLATFORM for the transportation of package shipments. These prices are set internally by TOGGO LAC LLC through commercial agreements with third-party transportation and logistics companies.

The payment policies provided by TOGGO LAC LLC offer users and shopping assistants convenient and appropriate alternative options for reliable and secure transactions on the platform.

For this purpose, the option of payment by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, and PSE through payment gateways is offered, not only because it is a convenient method but also to protect users from misuse of data, fraud events, chargebacks, and financial data appropriations.

The payment and shipping service of TOGGO LAC LLC is the only one allowed for users on the platform. If you pay directly to your shopper, you waive any claims against our PLATFORM.

Follow these rules. Otherwise, you may be removed, and a series of measures may be applied, including suspending your account.

Users will search for products, brands, and stores of interest on our PLATFORM. Subsequently, they can schedule a virtual shopping appointment with one of our shoppers. The scheduling of some appointments requires a payment of USD 15. This payment guarantees the proper functioning of the schedules assigned to personal shoppers.

• Free appointment rescheduling: The user is entitled to a single rescheduling if done with 3 hours notice before the initially scheduled time. The new appointment must be rescheduled within the next five business days for the user to retain the initially made payment. If the rescheduling is done with less than 3 hours' notice, the user must pay a rescheduling fee of USD 10, or they may lose the paid money.
• Rescheduling with cost: Rescheduling the second appointment will have an additional cost of USD 10 for users.
• Cancellation of appointments: The user must cancel the scheduled appointment with 24 hours notice to receive a refund, minus the fees charged by the payment gateway. If the user seeks to cancel the appointment after 24 hours, TOGGO LAC LLC will not refund the money paid by the user and will recommend the option to reschedule.

You must contact the merchandise seller directly to change any purchases made on our TOGGO LAC LLC platforms. Our Platform is simply a marketplace to connect sellers, buyers, and personal shoppers.

However, we accept the withdrawal of the purchase if done within a period of fewer than ten calendar days after the purchase is made on our Platform. TOGGO LAC LLC will return the amount paid by the user minus shipping costs, taxes, duties, bank fees, and the payment of the appointment to which the purchase was subject. These deductions can range between 20% and 50% of the user's pay.

The request should be sent directly to the manufacturer for product warranties.

We will only accept returns if you receive a damaged product. Please get in touch with us through the help center, following all the instructions provided. You must return the product to the address Carrera 68C #77-43, Apt 701, Bogotá, in Colombia, and to the address 7819 NW 104TH AVE, Suite 6, Doral, 33178, in the United States. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Why doesn't TOGGO accept returns?

Because they are products on promotion or seasonal discount, clearance stores and most sellers do not accept exchanges or returns.

However, we recommend contacting the seller directly with your purchase invoice to verify if your items are subject to their return terms and conditions.

Personal shoppers who do not meet the minimum criteria for customer service satisfaction will not be able to continue providing services or have any connection with TOGGO LAC LLC.

Their service satisfaction will be evaluated under the following criteria:

• Failure to provide the service (cases opened for unreceived products).
• Delivery of products different from those established in the purchase order.

• The performance evaluation rating is below two stars after making more than ten user purchases on our platform.
• Making commercial agreements or sales outside our platform.
• Misuse of the TOGGO LAC LLC brand for commercial deception or illegal activities.

RESTRICTIONS ON PERSONAL SHOPPERS:

• Requesting money or receiving payments from users through a method not allowed by TOGGO LAC LLC.

• Requesting personal information from users to contact them directly.
• Discouraging users from using the TOGGO LAC LLC platform or its payment methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PERSONAL SHOPPERS:

• Create the profile using accurate contact information, including name and driver's license.
• Create only one profile on our Platform.
• Refrain from sharing content or information for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Provide updated information on prices, promotions, and recommendations to users.
• Cancel accepted appointments on our platform with more than 3 hours notice before the scheduled time. Only one appointment can be canceled monthly with less than 3 hours notice from the agreed time, citing force majeure. The personal shopper will be excluded from the Platform if there are two appointment cancellations with less than 3 hours notice before the agreed time.
• Deliver all items purchased on behalf of users to TOGGO facilities within 2 hours of completing the purchase. If the personal shopper delivers the purchased products after 24 hours EST of the day the order was placed, they will forfeit the money refund.
• Make the purchase only of the items approved by the users in "my shopping cart." Any other product purchased outside that user-approved list will be deducted from the salary or commission the personal shopper receives for their work.
• The personal shopper will pay for the purchase on behalf of the user with their payment methods. Once they deliver the products to TOGGO facilities, they will receive the reimbursement equivalent to the purchase order made.

Those wishing to use our services must complete the registration form with the required information. By doing so, they commit to providing truthful, accurate information and updating their data. The User will be solely responsible for the accuracy of their registration data. In addition to the information provided in the form, we may request and verify additional information to confirm the User's identity.

The account is personal, unique, and non-transferable. Under no circumstances can it be sold or transferred to another person. Access is granted through the personal security password chosen by the User, which must be kept strictly confidential. The User will be solely responsible for the actions taken on their account.

We reserve the right to reject a registration request or cancel an already accepted registration without the User having the right to compensation. Users who have been deactivated previously cannot register again on the Site. Individuals included or associated with individuals listed on national or international sanctions lists cannot register either.

Other responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling the proper payment for products and services.
• Making commercial agreements or purchases outside the TOGGO LAC LLC platform.
• Requesting money or receiving payments through an online payment method not allowed by TOGGO LAC LLC.
• Misuse of the platform for other illegal purposes and activities.
• Prohibiting the impersonation of users for deception or scams.
• Create the profile using accurate contact information, including name and driver's license.
• Create only one profile on our Platform.
• Refrain from sharing content or information for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• Prohibiting the request of personal information from personal shoppers to contact them directly.
• Prohibiting the purchase of illicit weapons and drugs. 
• Prohibiting discouraging personal shoppers from using the TOGGO LAC LLC platform or its payment methods.
• Imposing a payment method mentioned by a third party (for example, imposing additional surcharges).
• Prohibiting users under the age of majority.
• Prohibition of sharing a profile, password, financial data, or giving access to your profile or account to others (without TOGGO LAC LLC permission).
• Prohibiting the sharing of content or information for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
